Broker's Comments

This 45' ketch , Angus Primrose project, built in 1973 in Finland appears in good condition. The internal wheelhouse and deck saloon allow to navigate and living on board comfortably in every season.
Main sail roller boom and bow thruster makes it suitable for single handed crew.
This Fiskars Finnrose 45 ketch is what cruising and living aboard for prolonged periods is all about. She has most home comforts fitted giving the owners a very comfortable living space.
The present owner and his wife bought the boat upon retirement in 2006, and have cruised the med for 12 years, spending most summers living aboard. They were not “racers” but rather spent their time on the water sailing from marina to marina or mooring in always a beautiful bay mainly in France, Italy and Greece or usually looking for a new island to be discovered. The previous owner has circumnavigated the world in this ketch.
This Finnrose 45 is ideal for living aboard with the comforts from home, and entertaining guests. Accommodation for 8 in 3 cabins and convertible saloon.
Unfortunately due to medical reasons the owner has had to put her up for sale but nevertheless has enjoyed the trips that he has done.

This Finnrose 45 has been personally photographed and viewed by Paolo Carasso of Boatshed Rome. Click here for contact details.
